Free for non-commercial use.

Contact the creator before commercial use.

Violence, horror and dark themes are allowed.
Explicit sexual content requires permission.
Merchandise and logos using the character require permission from the creator and illustrator.
Derivative works follow these terms unless separate rules are explicitly provided.

Credit the voicebank as 友人 or Eugene and credit the creator as Ilya Minin (Eli).
