The 友人 archive keeps each generation as its own voice. The original remains preserved while RE continues the character through a new recording.

The first public voicebank and the preserved baseline. Japanese CVVC with C3, G3 and C4 recordings, suited to dark pop, industrial, experimental and melancholic work. The voice is warm and gentle, with a natural softness in sustained phrases and a slightly uncanny, lived-in character.
RE · UPCOMING · 05 NOVEMBER 2026
The next recording generation of the same character. RE broadens the original foundation with additional phonetic coverage, sustained material, breath, rougher textures and expressive performance samples.
A released generation is not overwritten when a new recording is made. Its voice and history remain part of the project.
A new generation can add recording depth, phonetic coverage, textures and expression without erasing the earlier one.
